Upload your own PDF invoice to Lano and send it to your clients

With Lano, you can not only use an invoice template to create an invoice based on tasks, timesheets or free input but also upload your own invoice as a PDF file.

Please note: Uploading an invoice is only possible for an approved task.

Step 1:

Choose Invoices from the menu and click on "Upload" in the upper right corner.

Step 2:

Select your client and upload the invoice.

Step 3:

Select the invoice language, date, respective tax and enter the invoice ID.

Please note: It's very important that the PDF contains exactly the same information as you enter in the fields, e.g. amount, tax and invoice ID. Otherwise, your client will most likely decline the invoice.

Step 4:

You can see all your approved tasks in a list view in the bottom right corner. Select the approved task(s) that you are issuing the invoice for.

Please note: When uploading an invoice, make sure that it contains all the necessary elements.
