The offering of relokate ranges from providing relocation support, to visa renewals, to training around hiring internationals in Germany. In addition to providing candidates with an easy transition, relokate helps companies set the right expectations in terms of starting date and expected salary. Founded in Berlin, relokate offers support for companies that are based in Germany and also to those which do not yet have an entity in Germany but wish to hire people based there.

By hiring someone first via EOR with Lano, the employee could get started at their new company quickly. relokate could continue to work with the client to assist them in making the move to Germany, but the candidate could already begin their employment abroad. This was critical in a time of great uncertainty and staff shortages and helped find a balance between working quickly and setting realistic expectations when working with bureaucracy.

The successful relationship between relokate and Lano has resulted in many successful mutual candidates including Hygraph. Which works with both companies because of the high quality of services and support.
