Sharing Payslips with Payroll Employees

You can allow payroll employees to access their payslips directly through the Lano platform. This feature improves transparency and reduces administrative back-and-forth. Please note: only payslips generated after enabling access will be visible to employees. Historical payslips cannot be retrieved or uploaded retroactively.

1. Go to Settings → Payslips

2. Click on Enable Access to Payslips

3. Review the prompt and click Accept & Enable

Once activated, all active payroll employees will be notified by email about their new payslip access.

Employees without a Lano account will receive an email invitation to create one. Those who already have an account will receive a notification introducing their new access to payslips.
