Accessing Your Payslips in Lano

Note: Accessing payslips in Lano is currently available only for payroll employees. If you have questions about payslip access for EOR employees, please reach out to help@lano.io

You can view and download your payslips directly from the Lano platform — if your employer has enabled this feature. Please note: only payslips generated after access is enabled will be available, as historical payslips cannot be added retroactively.

Payslip access is managed by your employer. Once it’s enabled:

• If you don’t have a Lano account yet, you’ll receive an email invitation to join and set one up.

• If you already use Lano, you’ll get an email notification about the new payslip feature.

• You’ll receive an email notification each time a new payslip becomes available.

Once access is granted:

1. Log in to your Lano account.

2. Navigate to Payslips in the main menu.

3. On the payslips page, you can:

   • Preview a payslip in a new tab by clicking the row.

   • Download a payslip by clicking the Download button in the corresponding row.
