Reports

The Reports section gives you real-time payroll insights through dashboards and cost breakdowns — all in one place. It brings together data for both EOR and payroll employees across all entities, providing a unified view across providers and regions.

To open the Reports section:

• Go to the Reports tab in the main menu.

Here, you can explore various payroll reports and visualizations.

• Entity & currency filters: Filter each report by specific entities and preferred currencies.

• Export to Excel: All reports can be exported as .xlsx files for further analysis.

• Real-time insights: Dashboards update in real time but may take a few seconds to load, especially when switching views or applying filters.

Each section gives you a focused view of your payroll operations — from workforce metrics to compensation trends and service costs. You can filter most reports by entity, currency, and pay period to tailor the insights to your needs. All reports are exportable as .xlsx files. Depending on the amount of data, loading times may vary when switching views or applying filters.

Some metrics, such as demographics, are fixed to the current pay cycle and cannot be backdated.

Overview

Salary Insights

Understand trends in compensation across your team:

• Highest salary, commission, and bonus paid

• Payroll changes (e.g., bonuses, salary updates)

• Breakdown and trends of reported payroll changes

Analyze Gross-to-Net payroll data for payroll employees:

• Comparison of employee and employer contributions, net additions/deductions, and total gross pay

• Tax liabilities shown as an employee & employer contribution ratio

• Employer cost breakdown by category

EOR & Service Costs

Track your invoicing and service-related spend:

• Total number and value of issued, paid, and unpaid invoices with trends

• Detailed invoice item breakdown by unit, cost center, and item category

• Invoicing trends over time
