Employee access to payslips

Your payroll employees can now access their new payslips directly on the Lano platform. You can enable this feature in your Lano account in a simple step. Please note that they cannot access previous payslips. Only payslips created after enabling this feature will be accessible to your employees. Below, you can read how to do so and what it looks like for your employees. 

1. Go to Settings and click on the Payslips tab. Click on Enable access to payslips to allow your employees easy access.

   

2. Click on Accept & enable. Your active payroll employees will now receive an invitation email to create a Lano account and view their payslips.

   

   That is all you need to do! Your active payroll employees will now receive an invitation email to create a Lano account to view their upcoming payslips. Let’s take a look at what this looks like.

1. Your employee receives an email where they click on Create account.

   

2. That takes them to the Lano platform, where they set a password.

3. Once they activate their account, they can see their future payslips.

All new employees will automatically receive an invitation to create a Lano account and view their upcoming payslips. Note: this invitation is sent once they’re active after their start date.
