Adding a new client

You can create your clients’ profiles and manage them yourself. Moreover, to work more productively, you can invite your clients to Lano and get €100 for every successful client referral.

Step 1:

Go to My Clients and click on Add client in the upper right corner.

Step 2:

Now, you can add more information about your client. This includes the client's name and your contact person’s name, e-mail, and phone number. Additionally, you can assign a previously created invoicing and accounting profile to your client, and add your client's billing address.

Step 3:

Click Create in the bottom left corner to save your new client. After adding a new client to your network, you can invite them to Lano.

Step 4:

In Lano, you can manage your clients by clicking on the client profile that you would like to adjust. From the client’s profile page you will be able to upload documents necessary for your collaboration, access all your common compliance sendings, and add invoice recipients.
