Registering on the Lano Platform

To access Lano, you must first be invited by your employer. Once invited, you'll be able to create your account and access features based on your employment type and company settings.

How registration works

  1. Receive your invitation

    • Your employer will email you a unique link to start your Lano registration.

  2. Create your account

    • Click the button in your invitation email to get started — the label may vary.

    • Set your password.

    • Accept Lano’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

That’s it! Your Lano account will be created immediately.

What you can access after registering

Your access depends on your employment type and your company’s setup.

EOR employees starting their employment
  • Begin the onboarding flow immediately after registering. Learn more

Active EOR employees

Depending on company settings, you may be able to:

  • Submit expenses — for work-related reimbursements. Learn more

  • Request time off — if enabled by your employer. Lern more

Active Payroll employees

Depending on company settings, you may be able to:

  • Submit expenses — for work-related reimbursements. Learn more
