2. Complete the Onboarding Steps

Once registered, you’ll be guided through a two-step onboarding form. This information is essential for Lano and the EOR partner to prepare your employment documents.

Step 1: Provide Your Nationality

Your nationality helps determine the list of documents required for employment in your country of hire.

Step 2: Fill In the Required Details

Click the Add button next to each section to provide or upload your data. The Save button becomes active once all required fields in a section are complete.

You’ll be asked to submit the following:

Once a section is completed, it moves to the bottom of the list and is marked with a green check.

3. Review and Submit

  • You can edit any section before final submission by clicking the Edit button.

  • Your progress is saved automatically, so you can return later if needed.

  • When all sections are filled in, click Submit and finish to send your data.

4. What Happens Next?

After submission:

  • Your details are sent to Lano’s local EOR partner for review.

  • The partner prepares your employment contract.

  • Lano will reach out to you with the contract for review and signature.
