Sending messages to your Contractors
Exchange direct messages with your contractors in your Lano account
You can send and receive messages via Lano to discuss a certain project, necessary workload, or progress with your contractors.
Sending a message to your contractor
Step 1:
Go to Team > Messages to find an overview of your chat history.
Step 2:
Click on "New Message" in the top right corner to start a new conversation.
Step 3:
Now choose the Contractor you want to start a conversation with.
Step 4:
Once you chose a contractor, a new chat window will pop up and you can start exchanging messages.
Step 5:
Click "Send" to deliver your message to your contractor.
Step 6:
If you receive a new message, you will get a notification on your side bar.
