Once your employee has been drafted or added to Lano, you might need to update their profile information.
To do so, navigate to Team > Team members section in Lano. You should see a list of all of your current payroll employees. From there, you can either use the search bar to look for a specific employee, or select an employee from the overview list by clicking on their name.
From the employee profile, it will be easy to see all the information that has already been added for your employee, and/or if any field is empty.
To update your employee’s profile information, click on the Edit button in the top right corner and apply your changes.
You will now be free to add additional information and/or edit any existing entry on both the General and Contract Details tabs. Feel free to switch between the two tabs before saving all your changes at once, no need to save every change one-at-a-time!
Save your changes by clicking on the Update button at the bottom left corner of the page.
